Customer choice and satisfaction has been our main aim since we began more than 5 years ago. We offer a 100% guarantee that if you’re in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund (excluding packing & delivery) provided that you return them to us undamaged and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

How to return items

If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so by giving us prior notice. In this case please pack the goods in their original packing and take the package to any Post Office, affix the correct postage and email us for the return address details.

We are sole traders and you must contact us on who to make cheque payable to and where to send before posting your order.

Refund and exchange process

Please allow up to ten working days for your goods to be returned to us via the Post Office. As soon as we receive the goods we will endeavour to process your request, for either a refund or replacement, within 3 working days.
